Beautiful place, went to so many stores around. Customer care was very good as I had an issue as I forgot my charger at home, and she directed me where to get one. I would suggest they put chargers in rooms to help guests as I was stranded. In all I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely return.

We recently traveled here for Thanksgiving and had an amazing time at this hotel. The location is so safe and in a prime spot for shopping and entertainment. The room was spacious, very clean, and modernly designed. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious, including breakfast sandwiches and of course Texas-shaped waffles. The Hilton Honors app was so easy to use and allowed me to check in from my phone, choose a room on the first floor, and then check out.

I stayed at Home2Suites by Hilton, temporarily while my house was being renovated and it was the worst experience of my life. The room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and the breakfast was bland. But the worst part was the housekeeping staff. Hotel receptionist Ms. June and head of housekeeping lady Ms. Doris, confronted me leading to a highly unpleasant encounter. They barged into my room without knocking, accused me of smoking in the room, and called the security to evict me. I tried to explain that I was not smoking, but they did not listen. They treated me like a criminal and humiliated me in front of other guests. I had to pack my bags and leave the hotel in a hurry, without getting a refund or an apology. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never stay at this hotel again and I advise everyone to avoid it. Home2Suites by Hilton is a nightmare.

The service at this hotel was top notch. Every person we interacted with during our stay was kind and wonderful. The hotel is walking distance from a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Best of all, their suites are perfect for traveling with family.
